How it works

Three ways to get a prescription to us.

Compounded prescriptions fail at the sending stage more often than anywhere else, usually because an EMR has no code for what you are ordering. Any one of these works.

My EMR has no code for a compounded drug. How do I send this?
That is the most common reason a compound never gets ordered. Use the order form for the category, fill in the formula, and fax it to 910-748-0245. Or send a free text prescription to Two Rivers Pharmacy in your e-prescribe system and call us. We will read it back to you before we make it.
How long will it take?
Most compounds are ready same day or next. If we have to source an ingredient we will tell you the day you send it, not the day you call to ask.
Will insurance cover it?
Sometimes. Many compounds are not covered, and we will tell you the cash price before we make anything. No surprises at pickup.
Is compounding actually regulated?
Yes. We are a 503A pharmacy working to USP 797 and USP 800, licensed by the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
I do not live in Fayetteville.
We ship anywhere in North Carolina and deliver locally at no charge.
Can you leave something out? My patient reacts to a dye.
