Most of what is asked for here either does not exist commercially at a useful strength, or exists only in a form the patient will not use. Combination troches, custom topical strengths, and injectable preparations made to a written protocol are all routine work for us.

Note Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance. Send it by EPCS or a written prescription with your DEA number.

Using it

How to take it.

  • Troches dissolve between the cheek and gum. Do not chew them and do not swallow them whole.
  • Topicals go on clean, dry skin. Wash your hands afterward and keep the site covered until dry.
  • Injectable preparations are used exactly as your prescriber taught you, and never shared.
  • Timing matters for several of these. Read the sig rather than assuming.
Storing it

How to keep it.

  • Some injectable preparations are refrigerated. The label tells you which.
  • Keep troches sealed and cool. They soften in a hot car within minutes.
  • Respect the beyond use date. It is shorter than a manufactured product's expiry, and it is not a suggestion.

  • Each active with its strength, and the total volume or count.
  • For injectables, the concentration and the vial size you want.
  • Your DEA number and EPCS for anything scheduled.
  • The sig, including frequency and any maximum.
