For facilities

The first 24 hours are the ones that go wrong.

Reconciliation before day one, the MAR built right, starter doses waiting when your resident arrives. That is where a pharmacy is won or lost, and it is where we start.

What we handle

Four things a facility needs from a pharmacy.

Onboarding
Medication reconciliation before the admission date, MARs built to your format, and starter doses ready on day one rather than promised for day two.
Cycle fill and med sync
A predictable delivery rhythm so your nurses are not chasing individual refills. Everything for a resident arrives together, on the same schedule, every cycle.
Adherence packaging
MedPack multi-dose packaging sorted by day and time, so a med pass is read rather than assembled.
After hours access
Facilities we serve get a direct after hours number when we onboard you.
Blister medication cards prepared for a long term care facility
Cards built per resident, per cycle
The Two Rivers MedPack box
MedPack

A med pass you can read at a glance.

Each pouch holds one resident's dose for one time of day, labeled with the date, the time, and what is inside it. Nothing to sort, nothing to count, nothing to second guess at 7am.

  • Sorted by day and by dose, not by bottle.
  • Every pouch labeled with contents, date and time.
  • Changes mid cycle handled by us, not by your staff.
Compounding for facilities

An independent pharmacy that can also compound.

Most long term care pharmacies send a compounded order somewhere else and wait. We make it here. When a resident needs a strength that is not manufactured, a liquid instead of a tablet, or a preparation without an excipient they react to, it is the same building and the same day.

Questions

What administrators ask us.

How long does it take to switch pharmacies?
The work is in the reconciliation, not the paperwork. Give us your resident list and current orders and we will tell you a realistic start date rather than an optimistic one.
Can you handle a resident who needs a compounded medication?
Yes, and we make it ourselves. That is unusual for a long term care pharmacy and it is the main reason facilities call us.
What happens after hours?
Facilities we serve get a direct after hours number when we onboard you. It is not published on this website for a reason.
Do you deliver?
We deliver locally in Fayetteville at no charge, and we ship anywhere in North Carolina.
